This practice follows the Spiritual Intelligence (Ilm al-Ladunni) granted to Asif bin Barkhiya, who brought the throne of Bilqis instantly by Allah’s permission:

Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal and Imam Malik ibn Anas permitted wearing taweez containing only Quranic verses or authentic duas. The majority of Sunni scholars (Jumhur) allow it when content is purely Quranic — confirmed by Ibn Taymiyyah in Majmu’ al-Fatawa.
