At Sarkar Healings, every taweez and coded dua item is prepared individually through Quranic prescription, supplication and prayer. Because of the personalised, devotional nature of these items, please read our policy below before ordering.
1. Before your item is prepared — full refund
You may cancel your order for a 100% refund at any time before preparation begins. Contact us on WhatsApp at +44 7859 712665 with your order number.
2. After preparation has begun
Once recitation and preparation of your item has started, the order can no longer be cancelled, as the item cannot be re-sold or re-purposed. If you are unsure, please message us first — we will always advise honestly.
3. Damaged, lost or incorrect delivery
- Damaged in transit: send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Lost in transit: if tracking shows no movement for 21 days, we will replace the item or refund in full.
- Wrong item received: we will correct it at our cost.
4. Digital services (consultations, istikhara, readings)
Completed consultations and istikhara readings are non-refundable, as the time and scholarship have been delivered. If you have not yet received your scheduled service, you may reschedule or cancel for a full refund.
