Surah Dukhan Taweez for Business Growth & Divine Protection

Scholarly Permission for Quranic Taweez

Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal and Imam Malik ibn Anas permitted wearing taweez containing only Quranic verses or authentic duas. The majority of Sunni scholars (Jumhur) allow it when content is purely Quranic — confirmed by Ibn Taymiyyah in Majmu’ al-Fatawa.
Allah SWT says: “And We send down of the Quran that which is a healing and a mercy to the believers.” (Quran 17:82).

Traditional Benefits Associated with Surah Dukhan Taweez for Business Growth & Divine Protection

• Seeking Allah’s provision through taqwa and trust — “Whoever is mindful of Allah, He will make a way out for him, and provide for him from where he does not expect” (Quran 65:2-3).
• Turning to istighfar as a means for increase — following the counsel of Nuh (AS): “He will send rain upon you in abundance, and give you increase in wealth and children” (Quran 71:10-12).
• Invoking the remembrance of Allah as the One “who fed them against hunger and made them safe from fear” (Surah Quraysh).
• Following the long-standing tradition among scholars and communities of reciting Surah Al-Waqiah nightly as a means of seeking provision (presented as tradition, not as a saying of the Prophet ﷺ).
