For overwhelming debt and paralyzing anxiety, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ gave Abu Umamah (RA) a transformative morning and evening prayer: 'Allāhumma innī a'ūdhu bika minal-hammi wal-ḥazan…' (Sunan Abi Dawud 1555). Abu Umamah reported that reciting this prayer caused Allah to eliminate his heavy debts and replace his deep worry with profound tranquility. Always begin and conclude with 11x Durood Shareef (Durood Ibrahimi) for assured acceptance (Tirmidhi 486).

Recitation Protocol (11x Durood Awwal & Aakhir):It is traditional practice to recite 11 times Durood Shareef (Salawat) before and after supplications. Sayyiduna Umar (RA) noted that supplication is suspended between heaven and earth until blessings are sent upon the Prophet ﷺ (Jami’ at-Tirmidhi 486).

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ غَلَبَةِ الدَّيْنِ وَقَهْرِ الرِّجَالِ

Allāhumma innī a'ūdhu bika minal-hammi wal-ḥazan, wa a'ūdhu bika minal-'ajzi wal-kasal, wa a'ūdhu bika minal-jubni wal-bukhl, wa a'ūdhu bika min ghalabatid-dayni wa qahrir-rijāl.
