Sūra Luqmān is the 31st chapter (surah) of the Qur’an. It is composed of 34 verses .
It is among the sixth Suras which begin with abbreviated letters: A.L.M.

Benefits of Surah Luqman:
There are various benefits for Reciting this Surat .
1) If you recites Sura Luqman every night Allah appoints angels to protect you from Shaitan and his agents till the next morning; and if it is recited in the morning these angels would protect him from Shaitan and his agents till sunset.
2) If you Recites Surat Luqman, honorable Luqman would be his friend on the Day of Judgment, and virtues ten times more than the number of those who have enjoined good and forbidden from doing evil, would be credited to his record of deeds.
3) If you writes Surat Luqman on a china plate, washes it with clean water and gives it to a person suffering stomachache to drink, the illness would be treated. If there is fever it will also be treated.
4) If blood is coming out of a wound write this sura Luqman on paper and tie it on the wound to stop the bleeding.
