1. Free initial consultation. We listen without judgement, review your symptoms, and advise whether Ruqyah appears indicated or whether you should first see a qualified medical professional. The first consultation is free and confidential.
2. Tailored recitation plan. If we proceed, we prepare a personal recitation structure for you — including Ayat al-Kursi, the last two Surahs, and such verses and supplications as relate to your situation.
3. Sessions and home practice. We guide you through daily adhkar and recitation, and conduct sessions over a schedule suited to your condition.
4. Follow-up. We remain available for support and review. Healing is by Allah’s permission and takes the time it takes; we do not promise timelines or outcomes.
