Virtues of Surah Inshiqaq Benefits (Chapter 84)

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ

In The Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Surah Inshiqaq is the eighty-fourth chapter (sura) of the Qur’an with 25 ayat.

It mentions details of the Day of Judgment when, according to the chapter, everyone will receive reckoning over their deeds in this world.

This Suraah, like many other Surahs of the last part of the holy Qur’an, talks about the Resurrection. First, there are some references to the awful events of the time when this world ends and the New World begins.

Then, it speaks about the resurrection and The Reckoning of the good-doers and evildoers and their ultimate end. Further, it refers to the deeds and beliefs of the disbelievers which bring about Allah’s punishment on them.

And then, after some oaths, it touches on the different stages man goes through during and after his life. Finally, it returns to speaking about the good and evil actions of man and his rewards or punishments on That Day.

Virtue of Surah Inshiqaq Benefits :

Our Beloved Holy Prophet sallal laahu alaihi wasallam said: “He who recites Surah Inshiqaq Allah will make him safe from being given his Record from behind his back (on the reckoning Day)”.
Our Beloved Imam Ja’far as-Sadiq (radi allahu tala anhu) said: “He who recites those two Surahs: Infitar and Inshiqaq, and considers them present before his eyes in his obligatory and optional prayers, nothing will separate him from Allah. He will be in he continuous presence of Allah and Allah will be looking over him until all of the accounts he has with others are settled.”
Recite of Suraah Al-Inshiqaq seven times daily throughout the pregnancy for the easy delivery of a child.
If Surah Inshiqaq written and worn by a pregnant woman, the delivery of the baby becomes easy by the will of Allah. However, it is important that after delivery, this surah should be kept away from her.
Surah Inshiqaq Recitation is cure of poisonous bite.
If Surah Inshiqaq is tied to any animal (eg. camels or horses) then Insha’Allah it keeps them safe.
