🚫 Non-Returnable Items
All sales are final for:
Talismans (due to their personalized spiritual nature).
Digital products (PDFs, software, downloads).
Gift cards, perishable goods, intimate/sanitary items, health/personal care products, hazardous materials.
No refunds, exchanges, or returns accepted for these items.
✅ Eligible Returns (Physical Non-Talisman Products)
Return Method:
ByMail: Ship returns to our warehouse (address below).
30-Day Window: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Exceptions:
Books/CDs/DVDs with visible use.
Opened or damaged items (unless our error).
Items returned after 30 days (partial refunds may apply).
🔁 Refund Process
Inspect & Notify: We’ll email approval/rejection within 5 business days.
Refund Issued: Approved refunds processed to your original payment method (3–5 business days).
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
