This prophecy actually happened and finally they died without having faith in Islam. This is an explicit prediction of the Holy Qur&#8217;an.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000cd;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">It is cited in a tradition, that the holy Prophet (S) said:<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0000cd;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><em>&#8220;He who recites it (Surah Lahab), I hope that Allah will not gather him and Abu Lahab in the same abode&#8221;.<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000cd;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">(i.e., he will be in Paradise while Abu Lahab will be in Hell).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000cd;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">It is obvious that this virtue is of the person who, with reciting it, goes another way diverse from Abu Lahab&#8217;s, not of the one who recites it with the tongue, but, acts like Abu Lahab.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000cd;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">It is narrated from Ibn Abbas that when the verse:&nbsp;<strong><em>&#8220;And admonish the nearest kinsmen,\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0000cd;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">was revealed, the holy Prophet was commanded by Allah to gather his close relatives and announce, openly, the invitation of Islam for the first time, and that he was the apostle of Allah. Then, he climbed to the top of Mount Safa and called: \/ya sabaha\/. (This phrase was use to inform all people to prepare to defend themselves when an enemy was about to attack.)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000cd;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">When the people heard the call of Muhammad (S), they went to him. He pointed out the different Arab tribes by name and addressing the assembly, asked:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000cd;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><em>&#8220;If I tell you that there is a huge enemy army camping at the foot of this mountain, on the other side, will you believe me?&#8221;<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000cd;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">The whole assembly unanimously said:<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0000cd;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><em>&#8220;Certainly we will believe, for thou hast never told a lie\u201d.<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000cd;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><em>\u201cThen&#8221;,<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0000cd;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">said the holy Prophet (S):<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0000cd;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><em>&#8220;I have come from Allah as a warner to preach the Unity of the Lord&#8221;.<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000cd;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Hearing this, Abu Lahab exclaimed:&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0000cd;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><em>&#8220;Perdition to thee! Was it for this that thou assembled us?&#8221;<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000cd;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">It was at that moment that this Surah was revealed, saying:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000cd;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong><em>&#8220;May the hands of Abu Lahab perish, may he (himself) perish&#8221;.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000cd;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">the danger and enmity of Abu Lahab and his wife was not limited only to that action. They were the worst people of that time and the most habitual enemies of early Islam. That is why the Qur&#8217;an clearly and scornfully reproaches them. Some other details will be pointed out later, Allah willing.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1hl8f\" data-offset-key=\"39m36-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"39m36-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"39m36-0-0\">Surah Lahab is the 111th chapter of the Quran. It is believed to bring numerous physical and spiritual benefits to those who recite it. The Quran is healing in nature and its recitation is said to be a source of Shifa, or healing. Additionally, it is said that reciting this Surah will bring peace, protection and purification to the reciter.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1hl8f\" data-offset-key=\"2ur7b-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"2ur7b-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"2ur7b-0-0\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1hl8f\" data-offset-key=\"2j1ap-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"2j1ap-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"2j1ap-0-0\">There is a common belief among many Muslims that the recitation of Surah Lahab has numerous benefits, as it contains a powerful invocation of God&#8217;s blessings. This belief is reinforced by many ahadith (sayings of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him), which detail the many benefits of reciting this particular surah. Furthermore, the Quran itself is said to be of great healing power, with its verses serving as a source of hope and solace for many in difficult times. The Quran is also said to be a source of &#8216;shifa&#8217; &#8211; that is, a cure for physical, mental and spiritual ailments.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1hl8f\" data-offset-key=\"b161i-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"b161i-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"b161i-0-0\">The power of the Quran is undeniable, and its benefits transcend physical and spiritual realms. It is a source of healing and solace, which can be seen in many of the verses revealed to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) such as Surah Lahab. The verse in this surah conveys a powerful message that Allah watches over us and grants us blessings, comfort, and security.
