Benefits of Zikr Ya Allahu

The most beautiful names belong to Allāh: so call on Him by them

Qur’ān 7:180, tr Yusuf Ali

Call upon Allāh or call upon Rahmān: by whatever name ye call upon Him (it is well): for to Him belong the Most Beautiful Names.

Qur’ān 17:110, tr Yusuf Ali

The glorious name Allāh, subhāna wa ta’ālā,  is the greatest and most beautiful of all the names.  The name Allāh encompasses all of the divine names and attributes of perfection.

The name Allāh is the Arabic proper name of the One, while other names, descriptions and titles such as these ninety-nine beautiful names are considered to be attributes of Allāh. That is, they are the signs by which we recognize the wonder and glory of the Almighty One.

The essence of all attributes, descriptions and names are unified in this one name, Allāh, which denotes the ultimate perfection of love, harmony and beauty.

He is Allah the Creator the Evolver the Bestower of Forms (or colors). To Him belong the Most Beautiful Names: Whatever is in the heavens and on earth doth declare His Praises and Glory: and He is the exalted in Might the Wise.

Qur’ān 59:24, tr Yusuf Ali

Allah! there is no god but He! To Him belong the Most Beautiful Names.

Qur’ān 20:8, tr Yusuf Ali

Wazifa Ya Allahu Benefits:

1. Who repeats this name at least 1000 times his heart will be free from doubts and suspicions.
2. If any body suffering from some incurable disease repeats this Name many times, then prays to Allah for recovery, he will recover from the disease, by the Grace of Allah.
3. Recite this name 40 times after Fajr (morning) prayers for 40 days to be independent from need from others.

4. To seek acceptance of prayers and fulfillment of legitimate desires recite 66 times immediately after sunrise, or at the time of sunset, or in the late hours of the night.

5. To obtain full satisfaction of all legitimate desires recite 200 times, after wuzu, on Fridays.

6. To be aware of the unity of Allah, to become pious and to wipe out the love of worldly things, recite it 1000 times daily.

7. Make pills of flour, recite it 11000 times over them and drop them into a river or sea, all your difficulties will be made easy.

8. Allah sends blessings on that house in which “Ya Allahu” is written and pasted or mounted on the wall.

 

Many ulamah (religious scholars) have said that this could be the ismi aa ‘z ‘am, the great name of Allah. Allah is the (proper) name of God. “Allah” is cited 2607 times in the holy Qur’an.
